Carmel Villa Accommodation in Calvinia
Victorian Main House:
We have 3 large bedrooms in the Victorian Main House (sleeps 5 persons in total). All Main House rooms have air-conditioning, electric blankets, high ceilings, DSTV (guest house full package with KYKNET) & free uncapped Wi-Fi.
Room 1: Large room with bay window (Queen size bed). Open-plan en-suite Victorian bath (with hand shower) and toilet inside the room (maximum 2 persons).
Room 2: Budget room (Single bed) (no en-suite bathroom) but use of beautiful shared Victorian bathroom and shower facility down the passage. Room has an additional access door to side of stoep and front garden.
Room 3: Large room (Queen size bed) with steps leading to separate en-suite bathroom (bath with hand shower). Room has an additional access door to side of stoep and front garden.
Rates:
R1040 – 2 persons sharing per night (full breakfast included)
R820 – Single person per night (full breakfast included)
Should breakfast not be required, the above quoted price will decrease by R120 per person.
Self-catering Garden Cottages
We have 2 garden cottages that is not part of the Victorian Main House but on the same premises (sleeps 7 persons in total). Fully equipped (bedding, electric blankets, towels, toiletries, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2-plate stove, all kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, milk, bottled water & 2 dry breakfast cereals).
Cottage 1 – 1 Bedroomed unit – sleeps maximum 2 persons (Queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower & separate kitchenette. Unit is fitted with a flat screen TV with DSTV (guest house full package including KYKNET) and access to free uncapped Wi-Fi.
Cottage 2 – 2 Bedroomed unit – sleeps maximum 5 persons with separate kitchenette and large bathroom with shower. Room 1 - 1 x Double & 1 x Single bed / Room 2 – 2 x Single beds.The unit is fitted with a flat screen TV with DSTV (guest house full package including KYKNET) and access to free uncapped Wi-Fi.
Rates:
- R800 – single person per night.
- R850 – 2 persons sharing per night (use of 1 room only).
- R1000 – 2 persons sharing per night (use of 2 rooms).
- R1200 – 3 persons sharing per night.
- R1400– 4 persons sharing per night.
- R1500 – 5 persons sharing per night.
Optional: Full farmhouse breakfast available at the Victorian Main House at R120 per person extra (only by prior arrangement or seating availability).
