Golf Club Management
Golf clubs are increasingly struggling to remain sustainable. It is becoming extremely difficult for golf club committees to manage their golf courses successfully. The MWG team collectively possess the expertise and knowledge to develop and implement turn-around strategies that assists golf clubs to become sustainable once again.
Project Management
Golf clubs/estates sometimes want to effect changes to their courses out of necessity and/or to create improvements. This is generally a costly exercise. MWG is well positioned to project manage such changes to the desired standard and as cost effectively as can be.
