Soul Vae is about bringing together mind, body, and soul. By learning to access your own internal strength, you can heal mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I provide a personalized approach to assist in overcoming anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, abuse recovery, chronic pain, and recurring health issues. I offer family assistance in handling neurodiversity and personally addressing the obstacles it may present. Much of what shows up in our lives starts in our minds. Life doesn't have to be challenging. Healing also doesn't have to be difficult. Together, we can align your focus on where you want to be mentally and emotionally. When we understand ourselves, it makes it easier to understand and accept the world.
I offer a free introduction session where we can meet and discuss the challenges you are facing. And together, we work through them.
Helping others regain the driver’s seat of their own lives is a big passion of mine. Life can throw us many curveballs; however, it is how we embrace them and move forward that makes all the difference.
This is a process that works with all ages, genders and religions. All it takes is a willingness to step forward to something better. You must have faith that your life can achieve more.
NLP is one tool I use. This stands for neuro-linguistic programming. This global method aids us in effortlessly managing our mental burdens. In addition to this, I utilize numerous other tools that have demonstrated significant benefits. This is not traditional psychology; this is something more interesting and easy to incorporate. We don't need to relive the past; we just need to learn from it and move forward.
I also offer TFH (Touch for Health) balances as a way of incorporating the physical body's balance to support mental and emotional healing.
