Private training for private groups and individuals can be customised to suite your personal safety and self-defence needs.

The Defence Unlimited Online training allows you to do self-defence training in the safety and comfort of your own home and at your own pace. Online training consists of a subscription-based services which will give you access to either pre-recorded online training modules, or virtual training sessions whereby we meet on a regular basis to train together in a live, virtual space!
