Cracklin' Rosie is a small passenger vessel operating from Bokkomlaan in Velddrif. We offer boat trips on the Berg River for Small Functions, Birthday Parties, Workshops, Sunset Cruises and Environmental Education.

It's always a special treat taking people to River Shack Bar & Open Air Venue on the Bergriver. Cracklin Rosie River Tours offers a unique experience here in the town of Velddrif.
We can pick you up in Bokkomlaan and drop you off at River Shack. You can arrange a collection time and enjoy yourself without drinking and driving!
Cracklin' Rosie leaves from Pelican Trading Post, Bokkomlaan every day.
Rates & Packages:
Minimum 4 pax, Maximum 23 pax
- 2 hour trips @ R250 pp, children under 12 half price on 2 hour trips only, children under 3 free.
- 1.5 hour trips @ R200 per person, under 3 free
- 1 hour trips R125 per person, minimum 6 pax
- 3 hour birding trips @R350 pp
- 2 hour birding trips R250 per person
- Private boat charter R3500 for 2 hours, R1000 for each extra hour. Braai on board.
- Boat trip and game drive in game drive vehicle R550 per person minimum 5 pax, max 10 pax. Includes cheese platter on return boat trip, boat trip fee, and game drive fee.
- Boat trip and tractor trailer game drive, minimum 5 pax, maximum 20 pax, R550 per person...includes cheese platter on return boat trip, boat trip and game drive fees.
