The Backpackers Lodge
This newly renovated addition to our accommodation portfolio offers good, clean dormitory accommodation to the budget conscious traveller. Our backpackers den is extra special... We have Lions in the front yard!
3 x Bunk Beds and 1 x Sleeper Couch. Room includes: Sitting area, Fan, Shared bathroom with shower, Communal kitchen, bedding.
The Bushman's Cottage
This delightful rustic thatched cottage, situated on an quiet part of the farm and only 800m from the Main Lodge, is the ultimate getaway for the avid "bushwacker".
With the herd of horses walking past every morning and the giraffe frequently visiting this cottage, Nature is truly on your doorstep. Accommodates three people in two rooms. Amenities include an outside shower and flushing toilet. This cottage has solar powered lights and is COMPLETELY OFF-THE-GRID ! The solar controller has a USB port for charging cellular phones.
1 x Double bed and 1 x Sleeper Couch. Facilities include: Mountain view, Sitting area, interconnecting rooms, Private entrance, Sofa bed, Shower, Free toiletries.
The African Lodge
This is the main lodge where you will feel at home from the moment you arrive. Come share stories around the campfire, enjoy sensational feasts in the outdoor boma or simply relax and unwind around the swimming pool.
Single, Double and family rooms with en-suite bathrooms, Bed & Breakfast, Relaxing Spa and Massage treatments.
Dining @ Colin's Horseback Africa
Wild Horse Restaurant serves a choice between a full English breakfast or a continental breakfast. Lunches are also a celebration... The pizzas-on-the-wild-side with a choice of various venison meats, and of course some traditional fare.
The highlight of the day is the African evening meal. Sit back, relax and enjoy whilst Kedibone prepares a three-course African barbecue feast for you!
The restaurant is open for lunches to day visitors who book in for the tours. Breakfast and evening meals can be enjoyed by in-house guests as well as clients who would like to enjoy a “country meal”.
Activities @ Colin's Horseback Africa
Horse-riding Safaris - Get up close to wild animals in a private game reserve on a superbly trained horse with knowledgeable and dedicated guides.
Lion Tours - Go walking with young lions and observe their nature and habits. Experience the feeding of majestic adult lions and interact with the young cubs. You will appreciate why we have to protect the king of the African bush for future generations.
