The atmosphere created is spacious, light and airy. Perfect for a family vacation or golf/sports tourists. The apartment is within walking distance to the town centre, mall, restaurants, shops & the Knysna Waterfront.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2.5 bathrooms
- 1st bedroom can be set up as a King bed or separated twin beds
- 2nd bedroom can be set up as a Queen bed or separated twin beds
- 3rd bedroom is set up as a day room with a couch that can be an almost full-size bed with an under-bed that pulls out at floor level, more suited for a child
- Please request the bed configuration needed when booking.
The upstairs main bedroom has a full (bath and shower) en-suite bathroom while the downstairs 2nd and 3rd rooms share a full bathroom. Upstairs is an additional guest toilet. Bath and hand towels are supplied for each guest. Beach towels are supplied should they be needed.
The main bedroom has a combination safe and hair drier. Each room has multi-plug adaptors with 2 USB charger ports.
There is secure parking for one car in a lockable garage with some additional outside parking within the gated complex.
Upstairs is a comfortable lounge that leads onto a balcony with superb views of the lagoon - the perfect spot to enjoy your sun-downers or morning coffee. There is a flat screen TV and premium-package DSTV (cable). The unit has free 2mb Wi-Fi suitable for general email and Skype usage. Higher bandwidth can be arranged at an additional cost.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable self-catering holiday including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a tumble drier, hanging line and clothes drier in the garage.
Leading off the downstairs 3rd room is a patio with a Weber Gas braai/BBQ. Garden chairs are stored in the 3rd bedroom.
There is smoke detector in the unit and fire extinguishers are available in the kitchen and 3rd bedroom.

- This is a small residential estate, therefore no parties or events allowed.
- Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years) - The living area is upstairs, and the staircase is not blocked off for the infant. No crib is supplied for infants.
