Small town dreaming Big - Humansdorp November 11th, 2014

Humansdorp forms the gateway to Cape St Francis and St Francis Bay, and is one of those small towns that visitors tend to overlook and not give much thought to visiting.  However, with its tree-lined streets and laid-back atmosphere Humansdorp actually has a lot to offer and should be a destination in its own right.

With tourism in Eastern Cape ever-increasing, Humansdorp is finding itself more and more “on the map”.  There are many unknown activities and attractions that form part of this area from amazing hiking trails and forest walks to the Brakkeduine 4x4 trail nearby, not to mention the cultural centre where traditional San art is on display.

Humansdorp has a quiet functionality to it and an old-world charm that is seldom matched.  There are many quaint coffee shops and curio shops around town, along with some excellent accommodation options to choose from.
